Our Work with Neighborhood Progress included:

• Development of survey to collect production data from non-profits; data collection and analysis; documentation of next steps for continued process and data collection improvement
• Design of maps with production data and current geographic and economic factors
• Presentation development and recommendations for next steps to support decision making and efficiency in services

Chicago Out of School Time Project

After School Chicago

Our work with the City of Chicago Department of Family Support Services included:
• Start-up and then on-going organizational support through 4 year grant period; management of first year of $8 million budget for the project; development of organizational framework for citywide partnership and coordination on out of school time issues
• Selection of vendors for key strategic projects including Program and Participant Tracking System, web tool, and communications research
• Development of partnership agreements, data sharing agreements, and business plan for the out of school time partnership
