Chicago Out of School Time Project

Our work with the City of Chicago Department of Family Support Services included:
• Start-up and then on-going organizational support through 4 year grant period; management of first year of $8 million budget for the project; development of organizational framework for citywide partnership and coordination on out of school time issues
• Selection of vendors for key strategic projects including Program and Participant Tracking System, web tool, and communications research
• Development of partnership agreements, data sharing agreements, and business plan for the out of school time partnership
• Design, oversight and implementation of citywide Program and Participant Tracking System, citywide data integration and reporting system across 5 major public partners, and online resource for youth to find Out of School Time programming- www.afterschoolchicago.org
