Enterprise Community (Cleveland, Ohio), Earned Income Tax Credit Coalition

Our work with Enterprise Community included:

• Design and management of Coalition committees
• Implementation of key initiatives to increase residents receiving tax credits including -
• Using web services for software rather and individual PC at site locations to reduce technical problems in tax filing and sending
• Design and branding of program (with support from United Way graphic staff) of logo, design of brochures, and PSA for radio
• Design, oversight, and implementation of website for volunteers and site locations- www.refundohio.org
• Presentation and final report development; documentation of needs for continued operation, strategic initiatives to increase supply of services, and maintaining coalition support
